A lightweight rain rug with 0g filling that is perfect as a top layer in winter or as a shell in summer. The inside is made of smooth nylon to reduce the risk of creating friction. The outside is made of 600 Denier ripstop polyester. Metal loops on the outside for attaching a neck piece.
